thanks KK, i didnt lie one bit, the stuff i posted above is exactly what they told me.
i explained how i have no clue who or what this company is, and i didnt authorize any charges whatsoever ... they went on to explain how they cant just stop a transaction because i called them, they said they needed to contact the merchant, but the merchant info was not on file
