The platinum-tressed heiress, described as "sweet-natured" by her family, proved Friday that she's possessed of a litigious side by slapping an Internet company she claimed illegally obtained and distributed the tape with a $15 million lawsuit.
Hilton's suit accuses Panama-based Kahatani Ltd. of engaging in "unauthorized and illegal exploitation" of the 45-minute tape for "personal gain," thereby causing its celebutante star "severe economic, emotional and other irreparable injury."
