3 easy steps to feeling happy everyone should try at least once.

I'm going to give you the secret to happyness, and it works EVERY time I try it.

Emotions are what we feel, and your emotions deterine your personal happyness. One's personal happyness is more important than money, status, or pretty much anything else, so take note and listen up, cause here's the secret map to personal bliss.


1. smile, not just smirk, but smile - ear to ear - and hold it for 60 seconds.

2. Breath deeply, no short breaths. slow long deep breaths while you are smiling. It's only 6 seconds - you won't hyperventalite in that short period of time.

3. While smiling and breathing deeply, imaging winding up and then kicking brad shaw right in the balls. Full football kick, square in his groin. Then visualize the look on his face as the pain from getting kicked in the groin sinks in and it wipes the smirk right off his face.



now if after doing that you don't feel happier in 60 seconds then there's something wrong with you and you need to seek a professional shrink for help.
