sorry folks but you guys are talking about a subject I have been into for my entire life, growing up doing special effects, designing haunted houses, and even doing music scores for horror movies with friends who make horror movies.
FBI have investigated the SNUFF thing and never found any one, its just horror, and its ALL FAKE. this debate has been going on since the 70s when SNUFF came out.
people cried when I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE came out, and the hippies even protested DEATH WISH and its rape and torture sex kill scenes.

i collect horror, and most of them have girls being killed, tortured, maimed, raped, spit on, etc...

I also live near hollywood, so i am in the mecca of b movie horror land. Bruce Campbell from Evil Dead just did a book signing a few blocks from my pad the other day.
horror is life for some, and the best horror has sex, and death in them.
i could shout off tons of books for you people to read on this, but i doubt any would take the time to read them, aside from Sykkboy and fellow GORE freaks like me.

Not to distance myself here, but if Trey had truly done his homework he wouldn't be saying "who gives a shit about your brother?"...... because it was my brother's website that came under fire. The only site I ran at that time was my modelling site and a few other such sites. Ooo, models, CD must be a sicko promoting models!!
I'm not really all that big a fan of horror actually... but my brother understood that there are millions of men and women who love it, who love a really well-done explicit horror scene...... one that actually shows the arrow hitting, or the bullet going through the person... etc etc. His site was touted as one of the top special f/x sites of it's kind. When he wins his case it will be back on the net, I can assure you that.
My role in it was as I said earlier, talent recruitment and some webmastering and ongoing promotion. That's why they arrested me, and that's why the charges were withdrawn. There is no mystery here, it was a dark time in my life that I have had to come to grips with, and have. I do intend to make those who wrongly accused me to pay for it. That includes everyone.
