As I said, you have to sacrifice a few cattle to save the heard(sp?)
There are many that will not promote me because of my attitude, it doesnt matter to me.. where there is 1 that wont, there are 10 more newbies in teh biz that will.. who knows, 2 of those 10 newbies will be the next hun or pk or shemp etc etc..
I have faith in new blood... the old timers in this biz are worn out.
