Vomit?
I saw a "spew flick" a couple years ago, I couldn't believe that people are into that until I got on the net and found a message board where people were fantasizing about being vomited on.
And there's even some mainstream porn with it now, Vomitorium, Girls Who Puke. One was even at my local videoshop.
