I would suggest checking out
www.candidhosting.com $2.50 per gig. I liek them so much that I have 20 sites hosted with them and am currently moving to a dedicated box...
I think their smallest package is $100.00 but you can host up to five sites under one account and it give's you 40 gig's of transfer. I know there are some other great host's out there, but they are the only one that has ever answered & taken care of a problem at three in the morning and within 10 to 15 minutes...
