Trust me.... there are just as many guys that like them natural as there are guys that like big and fake. Just do your haomework, know EVERY risk involved... EVERY surgery has their risks, no matter how routine.

I wont post a pic because I hate the way they look. Thats just opening up dorrs for people to rip on me even more. No point in adding fuel to the fire.
Also, even if 100% of you guys said I dont need the surgery, I would still want it. Its not a matter of what other people like, its a matter of what will make me happy with myself.
