You say you have such awful luck and that all the times in the past that you have saved money for the lift/augmentation, some emergency came up and you had to spend the money. What if another emergency comes up after you have enough saved this time?
Can we be assured that you will still use the money for the procedure?
If you don't use it for that, can we sue for 'misappropriation of funds'?
Would your fiance be willing to pay for it as a wedding gift?
