the money in your bank account is confidential..
the government need a signed permission from yourself to go check how much money you have in your account... thats if they have a doubt..
Do you know how complicated it is for the canadian governement to go check your your bank account in the States!? Do you think its all done in seconds.. electronically by the push of a button or a simple phone call!?
The canadian government pratically never checkout bank accounts in the states unless they have big big doubts
