RE: Permission to use Church Upskirts image in College Text, HUMAN SEXUALITY IN A WORLD OF DIVERSITY, 6th edition, Rathus et al.
Dear Lightspeed Media:
I'm picture researching a college level textbook on human sexuality. There is a section in the text on video voyeurism and "upskirt" images taken in public places. I came across a "discreet" photo on your site credited to Church Upskirts that would be perfect.
The image - which I accessed on 12/18/03 at lightspeedgalleries - shows:
A young woman's legs from the knees up - a plaid gold-colored skirt is at the top of the
photo - just a small part of her underpants shows.
Please let me know if this is enough of a description to identify the photo and if the photo is available for reproduction in the text. We would ideally need a high resolution image, i.e. at least 300dpi. It could be sent to me directly at my e-mail address or to the publisher.
The college text will have North American English language distribution rights and an
estimated print run of 22,000 copies. The book is hardcover and should be out in fall 2004. The image would be used approximately ¼ to 1/3 of a page.
I'm on a tight schedule and would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
June xxxxxx

Should I give her permission? I think she means this one
For those who remember her, this is actually a picture of Coconut Christine!
