How can I prevent a bastard from Mexico of signing up to my paysite and charging back all the time? He uses a different name + cc number every time and I am forced to refund him right away. 10 minutes later he joins again. He's done this 5 times already and I am fed up and don't know what to do. I use verotel and can't deactivate mexico from my list of accepted countries and I am unable to add this guy in a negative database or block his IP.
Any suggestions?
