Yeah..now that's a kewl idea..and with all the design power on this board..I'm sure it could be pulled off.
btw..the ONLY place I *REALLY* want to see a banner like that would be on gfy.
On news programs that shit drives me nuts cuz I ALWAYS look down to see what it is saying and miss what the announcer is talking about.
