you may want to pass along the fact that as soon as ccbill stopped putting clients through their reps, and started putting them through know-nothing (or know-very-little) "client service reps" --- ccbill became more like iBill than any of us would want to think.....reps made sure that problems were resolved, because it was *their* money at stake. "client services" people basically want to collect their $7 per hour and go home.
