Totally agree. But I doubt there is such a country in Africa. Just recently I saw on TV that even a small Afghan shop-keeper earns about $200-$250 a month. But there are no Web designers in Afghanistan for sure. There is no Internet as well
As about the European companies. We (
Mature Design) are located in Eastern Europe, and we do lots of Web design for the US customers. However we'll never do something for $100 that would normally cost $3000. Be sure, no one will do such a job even for $1000
