If you turn her in -
make sure you have your ass covered as far as IRS - and anything else she might rat you out on (whether it's true or not - an irs audit will always hurt)
Better - is to NEVER let her know you know about it
and make sure she gets caught from other means - alert the bank anonymously so that they catch her - something like that
keep your hands clean on the busting her - so that she can't retaliate on you.
