If I were you, I'd be thinking about how you could have been attracted to a person that was capable of doing such a thing in the first place. It sounds to me like there's no way she'd sit still and take any kind of action on your part without trying to get you back somehow..
I say put it behind you and concentrate on yourself and what you're doing right now.
