I don't quite understand the visitor going back to the persons site?
If the link opens in the same window. and someone closes it and the exit opens. How does the surfer get back to the original site.

If I won't get paid unless I maintain a ratio, isn't it just easier to go with per signup?
Is a conversion a trial, or a full month signup?
