The same answer applies to everything....we are looking into every piece of content on and off our sites.
As for your ICQ log, I am not really sure what you are getting at there. Natalie is a new rep, she asked if our images were licensed and she was told yes. Hence, why she was not so concerned about you emailing anyone...If your concern is about the *jokingly* thing, it's a smiley and if your ICQ is not compatible with her's then that's what comes up.
