reminds me of when i was young.. i moved into an apartment block in the city .. there was police tape around one fo the stair wells.. - a few days earlier the apartment below mine and to the right had been burnt out by a guy that poured nitro fuel all the way up the stairwell and under the door.. killed the 4 people inside..
i was glad to move the fuck out of there a few months later.
