hehe, you can't really tell by the pics i posted but i am muscular all the way around, arms-butt-legs. my thigh muscles are the worst, at times they are so big my jeans are wicked tight around them.
i am hyperactive, and very tomboyish. i don't know how i got so lucky having big boobers and low body fat but i am
not going to complain. going by weight numbers i am heavy for my height.....but my excuse is muscle weighs more than fat.
in winters i stay in shape shoveling snow, sledding, snowmobiling, riding machines etc. in summer i swim, water ski, tube, and do a lot of hiking/camping.
it's easy to tone up, just do everything the "hard way". take stairs and not elevators, lift heavier things you might not normally want to lift, do deep knee bends every day......etc etc.
