I know you guys both have money and I know you both don't need eithers' but P1mpdogg, you did use Joe's service and you said earlier in this thread check is on the way so you obviously know you owe him the money. Him saying "fine don't pay it" doesn't mean you're not binding to general good business ethics of paying for what you use.
However Joe reacted can determine if you do business with him in the future or not, but not if you owe him for services provided prior to.
