everyone here knows the need for the drama threads, and how to avoid them if they want, and last I looked the board seems to be moving faster not slower.....(could be that I am just more stoned so it seems faster to me though I guess haha LOL)
you want to see some improvements, just start treating the women a little nicer, they will add a fresh new spice to the mix for sure...
(not implying that you specifically treat women wrong, just adding in my 2 cents, it is for all to see)
