If you have a high volume site promoting a sponsor, is it best to use mod rewrite or php to call your ccbill code in the background immediately upon entry to the site, or only when the person clicks on a gallery or link that goes to the sponsor's tour or join page? Does it make a huge difference in sales? My thinking is setting the ccbill cookie may give you sales if the person visists the sponsor at a later date...
