You run your business and I will run mine. BTW.....Who are you?

Oh yeah.....Nobody.
Q. Is there any real connection between getting angry and having a heart attack?

A. Yes, there is a connection. Anger increases stress and in turn it increases adrenaline. Higher-than-normal levels of adrenaline on a chronic basis will lead to high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries. Over time, this can lead to a dilated or enlarged heart that doesn?t function properly and eventually a heart attack or heart failure.

Elevated levels of adrenaline also are hard on the digestive system and can lead to high blood sugar levels. Increased blood sugar is damaging to blood vessels, including the coronary arteries. This can result in atherosclersosis, or plaque build-up in the coronary arteries, which will lead to heart-muscle and tissue damage and a heart attack. Atherosclerosis can also affect the carotid artery, which supplies blood to the brain. High blood pressure and blockages in the carotid artery can lead to a stroke.

Overall health and prevention of disease are dependent on your ability to maintain a well-balanced diet, get plenty of rest and routinely exercise. You should also avoid excessive caffeine and over-the-counter stimulants, such as Sudafed or pseudoephedrine, which also increase adrenaline levels. Your stress levels should decrease if you follow these basic healthy habits. If stress persists and anger is your predominant emotion, however, psychological supportive counseling and medication may be appropriate. Talk with your primary care physician to discuss your options and ways you can prevent heart damage.
