The gist is that CNN described a 5.6% unemployment rate as "low" in 1996, when Clinton was in office, but describes a similar rate as a sign of problems for Bush.
Just because you can't make any money doesn't mean the economy is in trouble, it just means you should stop getting high and start taking responsibility for yourself.
