YES! No more do I have a massive fat face.
It is now a moderate fat face.
Ok diet is:
1) Stop eating fast food.
- I know it is so easy to go and buy and just say fuckit. But the shit is NOT good for you. SO DON'T EAT IT. At all. Stop eating fast food.
2) Go for a 1 hour walk every night.
- Just ... go somewhere. It doesn't matter where just walk at the best pace you can to wherever.
3) Eat veggies and drink water
That's it. That is ALL I have done. Nothing insane or rigorous. Just basic. It takes no effort, NO time... it's the easiest thing I have done.
