That's it. That is ALL I have done. Nothing insane or rigorous. Just basic. It takes no effort, NO time... it's the easiest thing I have done.

Congrats man, and nice plan. I have never been fat, but I did start to put on a mini-gut at one point, and I took a similar approach. I knew I couldn't stick to some rigorous diet which involved me cooking all sorts of crap daily, so I just layed off anything fatty. After about a week of feeling the constant urge to eat crap, I got over all the fast food and shit.
I knew I would feel guilty as soon as I finished eating anything fatty, so I just didn't do it. I also walked daily, and drunk plenty of water (water is great to drink when dieting. Sometimes you just feel the urge to put something in your mouth when you are bored, so make it water).
