Not saying I have a problem with that, but the guy has basically been given a free pass the last handful of years because hes gotten more mainstream exposure and made the companies alot of money. Now that hes slipping and counting the days till his contract ends, hes a more vulnerable target.
Stern knows the game. Why do you think his movie was kept clean. If it wasn't, no big studio would have touched it, it would have got hardly any promo, and would have made very little money.
