No worries, I was kinda rough last night had a few beers, but seriously your ideas are great but not as simple I don't think. Here in the states you're surrounded by nothing but fast food joints, so it's tough to get the mental readiness for something like this, kudos to you for doing it.
I started paying more attention also lately, I'd like to drop some 25lbs, so I got a membership at the YMCA, so far I've only been able to make it once a week for some raquetball with my kids, but I know I need to do more. I'm also looking at doing the daily walk, again I know it's simple stuff but not so easy for some reason.
