What i found to be interesting is the fact that the email he showed me had the domain:
http://www.intellim.com/ in the signature.
I of course visited that website 
-> interesting... now i look at the footer and see this:
http://www.intellimresearch.com/
and there I see those domains on the left:
Intellibuddy
Intellideal
Intellifun
Intellisavings
Intellisearcher
Intellisingles
All that makes me think that they could really need/want that domain hehe 
Should he really sell for 250 bucks? I would ask way more.
