I don't see how anyone with "shitloads of traffic" would be sponsor specific. I have shitloads of traffic and limiting myself to only CC bill clients would limit the amount of sites I could promote.

Furthermore, you will give up 20 percent of your joins by using companies that don't have cascading billing. CC Bill will scrub a percentage of those CCs and you need someone to pick those up.
