I couldn't login to my CCBill account so I sent their support an e-mail. A few hours later I get this reply:

WTF??? Should I be worried about this?
I tried getting in touch with Bill trough ICQ but he seems to be offline.
Just the fact that I have to e-mail their fraud department and the support couldn't tell me what is wrong already pisses me off, I just hope they don't cancel my account...
