This is the reply I got from the FRAUD department:
Dear Webmaster,
Your account is inactive. I don't have the ability to tell why, but it was cancelled internally. You will have to email the fraud dept, to find out exactly why.

Did you guys noticed that not only it was the same guys who replied but also he told me to contact the fraud dept AGAIN!
