I tried getting in touch with Bill trough ICQ but he seems to be offline.
Just the fact that I have to e-mail their fraud department and the support couldn't tell me what is wrong already pisses me off, I just hope they don't cancel my account...

Stop running those stolen cards from Indonesia through your site and you might be okay.
Did you enter your username and password wrong more then three times? Sometimes that sets off a flag and will give you that fraud error msg, Until it is reset by CCBILL.
