You can report to ASACP.org. When I report child porn, if it's a paid site, some information are good to help to shut down the site. I always report the processor, the country where the processor is located, the country where the site is located (you can use maxmind.com for it), you can also see with the search engines what're the sites wich have links to that site, try a whois in the domain, ..... send all the information wich you can... child porn is hell, this people must burn....
