i paid my friend to work with gallery submitter instead of me, 10dolars per gallery, for him its well paid job here.
btw. if you have email confirmer and of course you have it, all confirmation emails are matter of 1minute.
so maybe second question, how much traffic you can expect on average from one gallery submitted via your service (i know its almost impossible to make some general conclusion), but you have to have some experiencies to make some conclusions
