There was never any "PROOF" just a lot of people saying it could have only come from one place because the information was unique to Matrix.
Thing is it you do business with licensees you run the risk of your information being passed on. No matter how much they protest they would never do this none of them will show you the signed contract that states they HAVE NOT AND NEVER WILL pass on your information.
