and don't tell me about ripping surfers off..
it is getting better and better.
Look at france for example. the surfer is charged well under 1.00/minute and eveytihng is nice and clear to see..
If you aren't using them then you are still stuck in the mid 90's ... not everyone has a CC, actually most people don't
