If you need to get to sleep earlier, what do you do?
I go to sleep around 6:00 AM and wake up around 1:30 PM.. but on thursday i have to wake up at 8:30 AM.. so I have to get to sleep around 1:30 AM....
what do you guys do if you have to dramatically change your schedule?
I'm thinking a couple shots of liqour and sleepin pills
