It's total bullshit. I am convinced some of these ISPs have a racket going with the banks. I had Direcway satellite when I lived somewhere without DSL, and they are fucking me. I convinced the bank to reverse the last $60 monthly charge after I faxed them numerous letters I sent Direcway cancelling my account, and Direcway was unable to provide the bank with any evidence of a contract. And then this week I get a fucking bill in the mail from Direcway, charging me the $60 as well as fee for charging back thru the bank! It's going to fuck up my credit if I don't deal with it.
