I understand some paysite owners are still very upset at not recieving phone-payments after the Worldcom bankruptcy, and I agree that iBill has a customer/client services dept that is incomprehensibly bad. However, they have paid us on time every 2 weeks for 3 years, and that is all that should matter to affiliates.
