the problem is not with bertuzzi hitting the guy, its with the NHL's insigator rule which promotes gay little cheap shots without reprecussion cause no one want's to get benched due to getting an instigator major. in junior we fight all the time whenever there's the need, and junior hockey is much better than the NHL cause there is no piece of shit instigator rule.
The instigator rule promotes pussy european players like havlat to take runs at established veterans like rechi of the flyers or that piece of shit Varada who tries to take goalies out.
I feel that in the bertuzzi situation, its like you mess with the bull you get the horn, yet i'm still disgusted that the guy got his neck broken.
I think that bertuzzi's shot didn't break the guys neck, whoever saw the replay knows that after bertuzzi knocked moore out, all the colorado playes piled on top compressing like at least 600 pounds on a knocked out guy's head.
you can see his head sliding on the ice sideways as people jump on top. I think it's also colorado's fault for piling on top and causing additional damage. the most bertuzzi could have caused is like a muscle tear of whiplash in the guys neck.

I agree with that totally...People are only focused on the hit and not realize that all that weight probably did more damage to him..
It still sucks regardless .When you are getting your ass whipped in a game(9-2) and at home,your adrelanine gets the best of you.
