It won't take much I can tell you. I've got a script that will go thru all of their IP Block and grab emails off of the websites of other people that host with them. I've always found it best to a) let them decide first if they want to take it down b) give them a little nudge by sucking say 1000GB of traffic from them
and then finally c) emailing their upline pipe provider which in this case looks like gblx.net and to email their customers with the address and ask them if they really want to be hosted with that kind of site. Normally they take option A, sometimes B, and they really hate it when option C comes into play, but they always end up taking it down
