www.lightningfree.com , they seem to have small headers/footers, and lightning is pretty friendly here. Wish they had FTP (HINT HINT!) I've had my galleries accepted on almost every TGP with them.
Good luck! I'd say stay away from web1000.com they put those pure fuck talking banners on your site....I hate those things!
