He did do some things to lower the taxes for the upper class, don't get me wrong. It just depends if you took that direction before and after he made the change.
Like getting an H2 is a write off, but what the fail to tell you is the cost of gas makes you end up paying the same thing or more. So no real cut when it costs $100 a week to drive the damn thing.
Lots of little areas to get the cuts, probably up to 4-5% but at the end of the day you are playing his game, and trust me, he gets the tax money back, just in a different way or area.
They also REMOVED some major tax break areas, for sure when it comes to your Investments. So watch out.
