If it is a quality gallery it will be posted,
no recip required and other basic rules you will read at the submit page including if it is a series it is a plus but not neccessary if the gallery is good

PS: I see another thread where a person asked how they get partner status for the persons site.
At my site I choose whoever I think should be a partner basically because of trust and always making quality galleries.
