Ok I am a 100% union member. I am all for it and what it stands for. sure it would be harder for a union in this type of biz. But in a sense we already have it in many places.
Look at the buffet family, the bonepro family, netpond family, the GFYers and many more such families. In a sense they are a union of type. They discuss what is good and bad for them and set goals to make all of it happen.
well thats enough for now as I have to go to the picket line as my local is on strike right now. got to see if I get that payraise this year or not.
