I don't use Helmy but here is my advice.
Decide first what conversion ratio you are ready to accept, like one sign-up in a thousand click-thrus. Then hang on tight till at least the double amount of click-thrus has happened. In this example 2,000. If you hadn't at least one sign-up by then, dump the sponsor and move on to someone else. This is the rule of thumb I use myself.
