What I want: your emailer sponsor must pay $1.25 per confirmed.

-they must offer a 10% fee on referred webmasters.

-they must be a "no CC needed" program.

I have an adult network that is willing to signup under me right now to such a program (as soon as I find it), and they will give about 1000 signups a day to such a program.

So, let me know if you have one like this asap.
